Our Story
Spain Visa Services is part of the OLS group which began operating in 2010 providing specialist services to people moving to and living Spain. Their specialists have first-hand experience of how confusing and stressful the Spanish visa process can be for UK nationals. What started as a small consultancy for friends, family and a handful of clients, has grown into the UK's most trusted provider of Spanish visa services.
Over the past 15 years the group has helped thousands of clients — retirees, remote workers, families, and students — obtain the documents they need to live, work, and study in Spain. We understand the requirements of every Spanish consulate in the UK and every immigration office in Spain. We keep current with changes in Spanish immigration law so our clients don't have to.

FCDO-Registered Legalisation Agent
We are registered with the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) as an authorised legalisation agent. This means we can submit documents directly to the FCDO on your behalf for apostille certification — the official process required by Spanish consulates.
Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs — Sworn Translators
Our translations are done by translator who are registered with Spain's Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores (Ministry of Foreign Affairs). Only translators on this register can produce sworn translations that are legally valid for submission to Spanish government bodies and consulates.

Since 2010 we have worked with immigration authorities across Spain, and post Brexit, all the Spanish consulates in the UK — London, Manchester and Edinburgh. We know the requirements, turnaround times, and document standards, and we prepare your paperwork accordingly.
